• Good performance: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Slovakia and Sweden
• Poor performance: France, Germany, Poland and the United Kingdom
